A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a switched-on junior candidate with an interest in HR who is well-presented and proactive to join a global consultancy based in the heart of the West End.
Your duties include:
- Diary management
- Weekly expenses
- HR CRM management
- Administration support in all business support team recruitment
- HR benefits administration
- Maintaining suppliers & contract spreadsheet and ordering IT equipment
- New starters & leavers admin
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Top organisational & communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented and highly discreet
- Strong MS Office skills
